This series of work explores the space between drawing and writing to reflect on how internal experiences can be recorded. The distorted and recontextualised Korean characters reflect the artist’s ongoing struggle with her cultural identity that constantly shifts and transforms. The piece balances precision with improvisation, structure with chaos, creating a field of visual tension that echoes the fragmented nature of memory, language, and self. Through asemic forms and talismanic motifs, the work becomes both a personal map and a speculative script—an evolving schema of thought, identity, and perception.
